“ Awesome, awesome pizza. Just wrote a review for Fiddlehead. We sat in the brewery and had Caesar Salad and a Margharita pizza with prosciutto. F'f'ng'tastic. Seriously, one of our favorite meals we had in Burlington. The pizza was perfectly thin and had the perfect crispiness. The sauce (and I'm picky) was on point. If anything the prosciutto was a tad salty (super thirsty later) but many times it is. The Caesar, and this is a big statement, was one of the best Caesar's we''ve had, rivaling an Italian place back home. Just loved it. Paired with our beverages from Fiddlehead and just a cozy environment on a cold cloudy snowy day, was just perfect. ”

We got the pepperoni pizza and added the hot honey, truffle pig, and my custom one was sausage and caramelized onions. It's flatbread sourdough pizza and they offer gluten free crust. My MIL is gluten free and she said it's one of the best she's ever had. You order at the counter and sit down wherever you find a table/seat. They have extra seating at the brewery (Fiddlehead) Overall, this is a nice place to grab some pizza - noticed a lot of to go orders ”

Here's what we tried: 1 **Fire Kracker Shrimp** - This pizza blew me away! Topped with garlic, arugula, red onions, and chipotle-marinated shrimp, I didn't expect to love shrimp on pizza *this* much. Easily a Top 10 bite of the year. **10/10** 2 **Leeky Chicken** - Featuring buffalo chicken, leeks, and bacon, this pizza was cooked to perfection. The buffalo sauce added a perfect kick , and the chicken was juicy and tender. **9/10** 3 **Truffle Pig** - A three-cheese blend with asparagus, bacon, and truffle oil. While the asparagus was a fun twist, I wished for more of that truffle flavor. Still, a tasty pick! **8/10** 4 **Hawaiian** - Loaded with bacon, pineapple, and mozzarella. I know, it's controversial, but trust me, it's worth it. Sometimes classics just work. **9/10** With so many more intriguing pizzas left to try (hello, fungi, buffalo chicken and I think I saw a surf and turf pizza!), Folinos is definitely a spot I'd love to revisit. **Overall:** Food: 9/10, Affordability: 8/10, Ambiance: 6/10 - laid-back and brewery-side, so you can savor your slice with a fresh beer. ”
“ This has been, and remains, our families favorite pizza. With Fiddlehead beer next door (yes - you can bring growlers over!) and Shelburne Winery across the street (Yep- you guessed it. Bring those bottles here too!) you can't beat it. They have great speciality pizza combos or build yourself. Salads are large and feed a lot! Things to note which are no big deal but over seen other reviews of complainers: you have to grab your own plates and silverware on the side. If you want water, you have to grab yourself. They don't have traditional wait staff -- only folks delivering food to your table. It's nothing fancy inside - but does have lovely outside seating. I call this the trifecta when we are here ! (Beer-wine- pizza) ! Mangia mangia! ”
“ Pizza is amazing. They don't serve beer/wine but you can order a growler from Fiddle head next door and bring it into the restaurant or order the pizza and bring it to Fiddlehead. ”
“ Good pizza, we loved the meatza pizza! Awesome quality ingredients, the salad was large for 1-2 people to share, we opted for the large pizza, great for a family of 4 or maybe 3 hungry adults. Ranch is extra! Pizzas range from $12-24, so half/half pizzas. They can bring the pizza to you at fiddlehead which is in the same building, so if your looking for good food and beer- this is the place to be! ”
“ We loved Folino's. The pizza is charred wood oven style. The cheese is chewy good and the sauce, lovely. The setting is a bustling warehouse kind of vibe. They do a heavy take out service so our pizza took about 30-40 minutes. It was worth the wait. BYOB or go next door to the brewery. ”
